curcumin
Description
Previous studies show that supplementing cultures with unsaturated fatty acids markedly enhances the production of liposoluble compounds. These lipids are efficiently internalized and incorporated into membrane structures, modifying the membrane lipid environment in ways that support increased accumulation of such hydrophobic metabolites [349].
